KVS TGT Exam Preparation Tips

KVS TGT Exam 2019 is going to be conducted soon. Students are worried about the Preparation. However, this article is all about that. The best preparation tip is to prepare the KVS TGT exam according to subjects. Here we have told how you can prepare for this exam by focusing on different subject asked in this exam. For preparation of KVS TGT, you will have to concentrate on these 6 subjects which are-

• General English

• General Hindi

• General knowledge and current affairs

• Reasoning Ability

• Computer literacy

• Pedagogy

So, let's look at the individual preparation tips for each subject:

#1 English Language Preparation

In this section, candidates' ability to understand the basics and grammar of the English language are tested. English Subjects is asked in Part 1 of KVS TGT exam in which 10 Questions are asked from this subjects which mainly includes - Verb, Tenses, Voice, Subject-Verb Agreement, Articles, Comprehension, Fill in the Blanks. Adverb, Error Correction, Sentence Rearrangement, Unseen Passages, Vocabulary, Antonyms, Synonyms, Grammar, Idioms & Phrases, etc. 

Also, Read English newspapers, work on your English vocabulary so that it is easy to understand in exam.

#2 General Hindi Preparations

General Hindi subject is also a part of TGT Part 1 examination in which 10 question of  10 marks are asked from the above topics.

In this section, candidates' ability to understand the basics and grammar of Hindi language are tested. In this subject, here are the important point you must focus on-

Antonyms, Vocabulary, Grammar, Synonyms, Translation of Sentences, Fill in the Blanks, Error Detection, Comprehension, Phrases/Muhavare, Plural Forms etc.

#3 Make Your General Knowledge Stronger

General Knowledge is a scoring subject which can get you maximum of the marks. You should master this section by reading daily newspapers, GK books and magazines. You should mainly focus on these topics - Current events, sports, business news, political news, static GK etc.

In this section, the questions are designed to test your general awareness about your surroundings and their applications in society. The questions are also designed to examine the information of current events and everyday observations, etc. and their importance in scientific aspects, which are expected from an educated person.

You should focus on these topics- 

Important Days, Indian History, Books and Authors, Indian National Movement, Awards and Honors, Budget and Five Year Plans, General Polity, Current Affairs – National & International, Sports, Abbreviations, Countries & Capitals.

#4 Reasoning Ability Section

Under this section, the ability of the candidates to have logical ability and decision making is tested. The questions of both the verbal and non-verbal realization sections are included in this examination. So, prepare for reasoning ability from books such as- RS Agrawal, Kiran Publication etc. 

Focus on some important topics such as- Arithmetic Number Series, Spatial Orientation, Observation, Number Series, Letter and Symbol Series, Verbal Classification, Essential Part, Verbal Reasoning, Logical Problems etc.

#5 Computer Literacy Section

Subjects such as Computer Basics, Paint and Brush Use, Paint Software Information, Desktop and Computer Peripherals, Word Processors, Word Documents Formatting, Internet, Computer History, Explanation of Windows, PowerPoint Presentation etc. The basic questions are asked. So prepare with practical learning also. Practicing the  computer literacy is more helpful than just reading it. 

Learn about Desktop and Computer Peripherals, Word Processor, Formatting Word Document, Internet etc.

#6 Find the Best Book for Each Subject

For better preparation, only the best books for each section need to be read. There are many books available in the market which claims to be the best. But it is advised that they do not become victims of these false claims and buy only one book at your discretion, which is most
