1. The Indian Space Research Organisation, ISRO, has launched “Yuva Vigyani Karyakram” for school children. The programme aims at imparting basic knowledge on space technology, space science and space applications to the younger ones with the intent of arousing their interest.

2. American actor Luke Perry, died on Monday after suffering a massive stroke. He known for his roles in Beverly Hills 90210 and Riverdale.

 3. Dr G Satheesh Reddy, Chairman of the Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), has been declared as a winner of the 2019 Missile Systems Award by an American institute.

4. PM Modi  launch “One Nation One Card” in Ahmedabad, it can be used for paying for travel on any mode of transportation. “All new credit and debit cards issued by most banks have the National Common Mobility Card feature to make payments for their travel. This is like any other wallet. 

5. Assam's Hailakandi district has shot up to number one from the 52nd position, among 112  aspirational districts of the country, Hailakandi in Assam has made a giant leap from 52nd position to no. 1 position on the basis of its performance during November-December 2018 and January 2019.

6. Private steel major Tata Steel has been recognised as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies by the Ethisphere Institute, a global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices, for 2019 128 honourees across 21 countries and 50 industries have been recognised. World Wildlife Day is observed on 3rd March every year to spread awareness about wildlife. The theme for this year is  ‘Life below water: for people and planet’, which corresponds to goal 14 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which is 'Life below water'.

 7. Public sector Indian Bank has bagged the Best Bank Award from the Tamil Nadu government for meeting the needs. Tripura government has decided to distribute laptops to 800 school teachers to assess the level of students development in different disciplines. Eight hundred teachers would be selected for the training, and selected NGOs, societies or educational institutions would provide them training.
